Resident Victor Ruggery is paying for the meals of the primary 100 clients on the Altoona Denny’s in Park Hills Plaza on Saturday, Dec. 24 beginning at 7 a.m.
This isn’t the primary time Ruggery had paid for individuals’s breakfast as he does it in honor of his mom by way of his Eva E. Ruggery Basis.
